An Update

I think when you only blog once a month every post could be called an update.....ha!

Fall has been gorgeous around here. I don't want to see it go. It's one of my favorite times of year. I love the crisp cool temps, the leaves bursting with beautiful colors, falling little by little to blanket the earth. Perfect weather for drinking hot chocolate and apple cider. Perfect for walks. Perfect for wearing jeans and a sweatshirt, no need for a jacket. My favorite! Although I do think I look funny wearing a sweatshirt with this big ol' belly but don't worry it doesn't stop me.

Things have slowed down now that the house is officially on the market. For about 2 months any extra time we had went to fixing things up and getting things ready. I didn't realize how exhausting it was. Now that we are done with the house we are really trying to slow down, get to bed early, rest & relax, enjoy being us until this baby gets here when we will have a new us to enjoy.

I am exactly 4 weeks from my due date today. I'm keep wondering when this baby will come. Early, late, right on time? Tell me what do you think (icon below)? I hate not knowing. I'm the planning type. Not one for surprises. Yet I know that not knowing is all part of the miracle of being pregnant. Only God knows when this little one will make it's way into the world and that's pretty cool when you think about it. But if I had my way this little one would come early enough so we could fly down and see Seth's family in Georgia for Thanksgiving. In order to fly the baby has to be 14 days old, I'm due 6 days before Thanksgiving, we'll see what happens.

FYI: I was looking at the tickers I have on my sidebar and today Jericho is 2 years, 2 months, 2 weeks, & 2 days old today. I thought that was of cool and that you might enjoy knowing that bit of interesting information.

If you click on the icon below (there is one on the side bar too) you can guess date, time, & weight of this baby!

Hi Tarah,
I'm Anna Coyle's sister, Melanie. I've been peeking at your blog for awhile and just wanted to let you know (to avoid feeling a little stalkerish!). Your posts are a blessing to me!

I'm a friend of Brietta's and I stumbled upon your site after your comment on her blog.

I just wanted to say that I, too, had a child born early at 28 weeks. I know the pain of early delivery. I was in tears looking over some of your posts and I truly am so sorry for your loss. I just wanted to introduce myself and say I was thinking about you and your blog.
